Vin de Terre Bio.
Once a year the "Vin de Terre" is digged out in the garden of Domaine Garrigo in Fitou. Each barrel contains 228 liter of red wine (Fitou). The barrels are between 7 and 12 months in the earth. It's a biological wine without any sulfites and the taste is ... well ... come, try and fall in love with it :).
